Jubilation Lee, otherwise known as Jubilee, is a former mutant turned vampire PI who currently is investigating the Metropolis takeover.
History[]
Jubilation's upbringing was a rough one, being raised in China as a secret second child. Her mutant powers first manifested when she visited a local mall in Beijing, where she caused the clothes to disappear and reappear at will. Shocked, she soon began living the lifestyle of a mall rat. Her adventures took her to America at the age of 11. When she was 16, M-Day occurred, which resulted in 90% of the mutant population losing their powers permanently, including Lee herself. Now depowered, Jubilee began to wonder right to Translyvania, where she met a being known as Xarus. Soon after, she was bitten by Xarus, who revealed to her he was the son of Dracula. She fled to France, where she met a group of vampires known as the Forgiven, who taught her how to resist the temptation of blood and how to walk in the sunlight without protection. Having taught this knowledge, Lee returned to the U.S. where she met Cassandra Cain and Velvet Templeton in Gotham to form the paranormal PI firm The Whisperers.
Present Day[]
Jubilee and the Whisperers are currently in Metropolis to uncover what has happened to the grand city.

Vampire Physiology- Jubilee possesses the powers and abilities of a vampire, as well as the weaknesses of one.
Former Powers[]
Plasmoids- Referred to as "fireworks", Jubilee had the mutant power to generate bright bursts of multi-colored energy plasmoids from her hands. The globules obeyed her mental control, travelling where she directed them, arranging themselves in balls, streamers, and other shapes, and exploding when she wished.
